NOVAREKO Czechia s.r.o. is hiring a construction site manager to oversee building project execution.
We are looking for an independent and responsible person who can organize work on site, manage workers and subcontractors, control work quality, and promptly address operational and technical issues.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage construction work on assigned projects.
- Organize workers, subcontractors, materials, and coordination of different trades.
- Inspect work performed according to project documentation, schedule, and technical requirements.
- Maintain construction log and basic site documentation.
- Monitor quality, order, and work safety on site.
- Communicate with project manager, technical management, suppliers, and client as needed.
- Promptly report technical, scheduling, or organizational risks.
We require:
- Experience as a construction site manager or in managing construction projects.
- Ability to read and understand project documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and natural authority.
- Independence, diligence, and responsible approach.
- Ability to communicate with workers, subcontractors, and company management.
- Knowledge of construction procedures and trade coordination.
- Category B driver's license.
- Construction background or certification is a plus.
