Position: Construction Site Manager Start Date: Immediately or by agreement, Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 CZK Work Location: Novohospodská 93, Příbram IX Contact: Hřídelová Lenka Bc., tel.: 318 494 228, e-mail: [email protected] Reported by: Hřídelová Lenka Bc., tel.: 318 494 228, e-mail: [email protected] Worksite Phone: 602 192 339 Job Details: - Executes and is responsible for comprehensive technical and organizational management of construction in accordance with project documentation, budget, work schedule, and safety regulations - Plans and coordinates construction work, coordinates subcontractors - Controls compliance with project documentation, technological procedures, and work quality - Ensures organization of the construction site and material supply - Participates in territorial, construction, and final inspection proceedings - Cooperates with the operations department in handling emergency situations - Prepares documentation for contracts and processes them - Conducts building inspections and evaluates contracts - Maintains a construction log, accepts completed work, controls material and subcontractor invoices - Monitors and evaluates legislative changes in building law, water and sewage law, water law, and related legislation and standards - Performs additional tasks arising from the position as directed by management Benefits: - Six weeks vacation, meal vouchers, pension insurance contribution, additional employee benefits
