As a Station Technician with us, you deliver professional substation maintenance services at our customers' electrical installations covering voltage ranges of 0.4–400 kV. Work within substation maintenance has significant technical content where you will mainly work with: Repairs and installation of switchgear equipment Apparatus maintenance Troubleshooting, inspections, and switching operations on switchgear apparatus Refurbishment and new construction of facilities occur and are carried out on behalf of a project manager. Daily travel and on-call duty are natural parts of the position. When performing your work with us, you always keep safety, environment, and economy in mind. Requirements We know you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have: Upper secondary education or higher in electrical engineering, power engineering, or equivalent work experience. Good computer skills (Office suite) Class B driver's license as travel is part of the position Fluent Swedish in speech and writing It is meritorious if you have: Several years of work experience in electrical engineering Experience from the contracting industry Experience interpreting and analyzing values on-site based on tests on switchgear apparatus such as disconnectors, circuit breakers, and transformers. Class BE driver's license Experience working with measurement equipment for maintenance and apparatus. We are looking for you who are driven and want to develop further in the electrical industry. You have a technical interest and are motivated by working efficiently in an operation where you take great responsibility for quality and progress.
