A Day at Work
As a stamping operator, you will work with stamping sheet metal parts according to drawings and production specifications. You are responsible for the daily operation of the machine and perform quality inspections and measurements to ensure that products meet the required quality standards. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues while you are expected to take significant personal responsibility for your work area.
You will become part of a modern production environment with advanced equipment and high technical standards where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday work.
Working hours are set to 12-hour night shifts with alternating work weeks, which means you work one week and are off the next week.
Does This Sound Like You?
We are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry and a genuine technical interest. You have a good understanding of production processes and enjoy working in a role where precision and quality are crucial.
We would like to see that you have:
Sheetmetal technical training or equivalent experience
Experience with machine operator work within industry
Good technical understanding
Knowledge in reading technical drawings
CNC knowledge and understanding of machine processing
Experience with measurement techniques and quality controls
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have experience with stamping machines, preferably Trumpf or Salvagnini. A forklift license is an advantage, as forklift operation may occur in the work.
