About the roleAs a die cutting operator, you will work together with a skilled production team to be responsible for the general operation and maintenance of our Bobst die cutting machines. You ensure that we deliver packaging materials of the highest quality and contribute improvement suggestions to our production process. Together with dedicated colleagues and production management, you will be responsible for running, optimizing, and improving the efficiency of our machines. As a die cutting operator, you are responsible for product quality, machine operation, and actively work on reducing material waste and complaints. Daily tasks include monitoring and adjusting machines, quality inspections, material replenishment, and forklift operation. Your backgroundWe are looking for someone with broad technical knowledge, technical training or equivalent experience, and in-depth knowledge of die cutting and die cutting technology. Experience in the packaging industry is a great plus. You have good experience operating forklifts with articulated masts and experience working shifts. Working hoursShift work including days, nights, and weekend work on a rotating shift schedule. This is a permanent position, starting immediately.
