We're currently looking for a driven and engaged Assistant Store Manager who wants to take on an important role in our continued journey. At Rusta, you get to make a real difference – every day. As Assistant Store Manager, you are the store manager's closest support, both in terms of responsibility and in day-to-day work. Together, you ensure everything runs smoothly, and when the store manager is not on site, you take the helm.
You inspire and support your colleagues, create structure, and ensure the right things happen at the right time – keeping both the big picture and details in focus. You serve as a trusted leader and role model for the team, you maintain order and organization in everything from the checkout to the warehouse, and you work to ensure the store not only reaches its goals – but preferably exceeds them. At the same time, you always keep the customer at the center and go that extra mile to create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

You have several years of experience leading in retail, preferably from an operation handling large volumes
