Are you a student in Human Resource Management or similar field and want to combine theory with practical experience? We're now looking for an ambitious staffing and recruitment assistant on a part-time basis who wants to develop within recruitment and people management while studying. About the Position: As a staffing and recruitment assistant, you'll work with recruitment and support the Consultant Manager in daily operations, which can include everything from scheduling consultants to following up on consultants in assignments. In recruitment, you'll create job postings, conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, sometimes conduct interviews yourself, and take references. Who Are You? We're looking for someone studying post-secondary education in HR or similar field. You're responsible and can work in a structured and independent manner. You have a solution-focused approach and are driven by challenges with a positive attitude. You enjoy providing service and are a good team player. You're flexible and available to work several times per week.
