Cleaning Supervisor with Class B Driver's License Wanted at Optimal Trappstädning Optimal Trappstädning is seeking an experienced, confident, and responsible cleaning supervisor to join our team in Stockholm. We specialize in professional stairwell cleaning for housing cooperatives and property owners. As a cleaning supervisor, you play a central role in daily operations and help ensure that our customers receive high-quality work every time. About the Position This is a full-time role involving varied work at our customers' locations. You will lead and support cleaning staff, monitor the quality of cleaning work, and handle issues that arise in day-to-day operations. You should also be able to step in and clean yourself when needed, for example during sick leave, absences, project startups, or when an assignment needs extra support. Your Responsibilities Lead, support, and follow up with cleaning staff in their daily work Inspect the quality of completed cleaning work Ensure that any deficiencies are addressed Train and onboard new staff in our procedures Plan and distribute work tasks together with management Manage materials and ensure that staff have the right equipment Communicate with customers and handle questions on-site as needed Drive between different assignments in Stockholm Step in and clean when needed We Are Looking for Someone Who Holds a Class B driver's license – required Has worked in the cleaning industry for at least 5 years – required Speaks Swedish fluently, both spoken and written – required Has experience leading, supporting, or training staff Is thorough, organized, and responsible Is solution-oriented and can stay calm when there's a lot going on Has good customer service skills and professional customer interactions Is flexible and willing to step in and clean when needed We Offer A responsible full-time role with varied responsibilities Opportunity to influence and develop daily operations An engaged team and close contact with management Work in a growing company with high ambitions Work in Stockholm and surrounding areas Application Send your CV and a few lines about your experience to [email protected].
