We are looking for a housekeeping manager who wants to be part of our team at Nordic Lapland Frevisören. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality in our operation, which includes 25 cottages, reception, and restaurant. Responsibilities: Oversee the cleaning of our facilities. Order consumables and linens. Plan and schedule cleaning, both regularly and during peak season. Train and lead new staff in cleaning procedures. Manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficiency and quality. We are looking for someone who: Has experience in housekeeping and leadership is a plus. Is organized and can plan tasks ahead. Has good communication skills and can collaborate with others.
