At Gammelstad Health Center, we are now seeking an ST doctor who wants to become part of our interprofessional team. What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a licensed physician and wants to pursue your ST in general medicine. We place great emphasis on personal qualities—as a person, you take responsibility for your work tasks while being flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances. You have good collaborative skills and enjoy working in an interprofessional team where we together develop care processes and patient interactions. You have an interest in development work and contribute to improvements both in daily work and at the organizational level. You have good communication skills and express yourself well in speech and writing, with a focus on a professional and patient-centered approach.
What you will work with

To reach your goals, you have primary responsibility for following your individual education plan with close support from your supervisor, study director, and unit manager. Your workday is structured individually with scheduled time for your own studies necessary to achieve your education goals, structured meeting time, and administrative work.

Job information
We offer a permanent full-time position with working hours during daytime. Start date by agreement. Selection and interviews take place on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
