The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but working hours can be discussed based on your preferences. Start date by agreement. If you need to complete foundation training (BT) at the beginning of your ST, a fixed-term contract may initially be offered with the goal of transitioning to a permanent position. If you have completed AT, we can offer you a permanent position as an ST doctor. RJL has a BT program that benefits both you as an employee and the workplace. We have over 50 employees from various professions, and our work is characterized by teamwork based on patient needs. You will receive continuous supervision from experienced primary care physicians. ST doctors within the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program.
