About the Role In your role as manager of the Electrical Maintenance section at the Coke Plant, you will be a central part of operations. Over the next five years, the assignment involves ensuring that the Coke Plant continues to deliver at the highest level and develops reliable and sustainable operations. You will have the opportunity to inspire and help shape both today's and tomorrow's working methods, while leading a skilled team in an exciting industrial environment. You report to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with both the operations and maintenance organization as well as other functions within the company. You are part of the Coke Plant's management team and have great opportunities to influence both strategy and working methods. We always put safety first. Your Main Areas of Responsibility Lead and develop the electrical maintenance department, with a focus on both team and individual development Ensure high availability and operational reliability in close collaboration with the production unit Drive the development of working methods, processes, and create an inspiring work environment Develop the team's skills and ensure both internal and external customer requirements are met Contribute to an open, inclusive, and motivating work climate where well-being and engagement are essential elements. About You You have a high school diploma with satisfactory grades in core subjects, and it is meritorious to have post-secondary education in electrical work or equivalent Previous experience working in electrical or industrial work as well as leadership experience, as a manager or in another leadership role, is meritorious You have a genuine interest in leadership and technology and are a clear leader who creates direction by translating strategy into concrete priorities.
