Building Manager / Facility Technician
Work Location: Nemojov, Dvůr Králové
We are seeking an independent and responsible colleague for the position of Building Manager / Facility Technician for a residential healthcare facility and social services institution. You will ensure the seamless technical operation of the building, adjacent grounds, and forest property.
Job Responsibilities:
- comprehensive management and technical operation of healthcare and social services facility buildings
- planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance of buildings and equipment
- ensuring regular inspections, checks, and mandatory facility inspections
- oversight of compliance with regulatory requirements, operational safety, occupational health and safety, and fire protection
- coordination with external suppliers, service companies, and tradespeople
- documentation of technical records, inspection reports, and operational logs
- preparation of materials for repairs, investments, and technical improvements
- prompt resolution of technical malfunctions and emergency situations
- management of outdoor areas, roads, gardens, and forest property
- monitoring of efficient energy use and operational costs
- collaboration with management on facility development and maintenance planning
Requirements:
- minimum secondary education in a technical field
- experience with building management, facility management, or technical operations
- knowledge of building, technical, and operational regulations
- knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire protection, and related legislation is advantageous
- ability to independently organize work and handle operational situations
- basic user proficiency with PC (MS Office)
- group B driver's license
- technical competence, reliability, and responsible approach
