Maintenance and preparation of maintenance plans for assigned buildings and facilities. Evaluation of defects and recommendation of technically efficient and effective solutions for their elimination. Cooperation with company management in supplier selection procedures, review of price quotes, and preparation of contracts with service and goods suppliers. Preparation of service and framework agreements and verification of their fulfillment status. Reduction of operating costs with a focus on savings and more efficient use of space. Selection of suitable outsourcing services, purchasing, and negotiation with technical service suppliers and technical maintenance or construction work providers. Receiving reports of construction and technical defects and their categorization. Supervision of service company activities and quality control of work performed. Dealing with authorities. Conduction of preventive occupational safety and health (OSH) inspections in the workplace. Collection of materials for risk analysis and work categorization. Monitoring and compliance with OSH regulations. Training of personnel in occupational safety and health, with the exception of supervisory staff. Cooperation in investigation of work-related injuries and occupational diseases. Monitoring of validity of employee professional qualifications. Participation in meetings with regulatory and inspection bodies. Cooperation with PREVENTCOM company. Active participation in training of new employees.
