Requirements
"bachelor's degree in an academic program, higher vocational education, or secondary education with a final exam, ideally in technical or IT fields,
"experience in information technologies - advantageous,
"very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and common hardware and software,
"good understanding of computer networks - TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and basic network troubleshooting,
"knowledge of basic server and user environment administration,
"ability to diagnose and independently resolve common hardware, software, and network issues,
"basic understanding of information and cybersecurity,
"ability to independently search for information, analyze problems, and propose solutions,
"ability to communicate with both users and external vendors,
"independence, reliability, diligence, and responsible approach,
"willingness to continuously learn and familiarize oneself with new technologies,
"driver's license category B,
