- Performs necessary procedural tasks in accordance with tax legislation, tax code, administrative code, accounting law and other related legal regulations - Implements procedures for tax administration and administrative proceedings (investigative activities, on-site inspections, procedures to clarify doubts, tax audits) - Communicates with tax subjects and their representatives - Conducts tax proceedings in oral or written form, including decisions in tax and administrative proceedings Additional requirements include: - Knowledge of tax legislation (Value Added Tax Act, Income Tax Act, Tax Code), knowledge of accounting (Accounting Act) - Independence, diligence, consistency, communication skills - Ability for analytical and logical thinking - Knowledge of computer use (Windows, MS Office) - Psychological resilience - Clean record, legal capacity, necessary health fitness - Group B driver's license an advantage
