JAW.cz s. r.o. is seeking a building superintendent/maintenance worker on a part-time contract (5 hours daily) in Jihlava. We are looking for a manually skilled and reliable colleague who will take care of the technical condition of our facilities and perform minor maintenance. This position is suitable for persons with disabilities (ZTP). Job Responsibilities • Minor repairs and building maintenance (light bulb replacement, door repairs, lock repairs, plumbing fixture repairs, etc.) • Inspection and maintenance of building technical systems • Painting work within facilities • Outdoor work (grass cutting, gardening activities, snow removal in winter) • Ensuring operational readiness of buildings and grounds • Minor assistance with moving or relocating materials • Communication with suppliers and service companies Requirements • Manual skills and versatility • Reliability, independence and responsible approach • Valid driver's license category B (active driver) • Work experience a plus, not a requirement • Criminal record extract We Offer • Full-time employment contract in Jihlava • Part-time position with flexible working hours - 25h weekly • Long-term cooperation • Monthly compensation: 25 000 Kč monthly (for 25h weekly) • Work suitable and preferred for persons with disabilities (ZTP) • Friendly team and fair approach • Company vehicle available for personal use If interested, please contact us at: [email protected]
