Building Maintenance Manager/Technician – Jihlava (M/F)

M-SOFT, spol. s r.o. is seeking a building maintenance manager/technician for part-time work (5 hours daily) in Jihlava. We are looking for a manually skilled and reliable colleague who will take care of the technical condition of our properties and perform minor maintenance. This position is also suitable for persons with disabilities (ZTP). Job Responsibilities • Minor repairs and building maintenance (light bulb replacement, door repairs, lock repairs, faucet repairs, etc.) • Inspection and maintenance of building technical systems • Painting work within buildings • Outdoor work (grass mowing, landscaping, snow removal in winter) • Ensuring operational functionality of buildings and facilities • Minor assistance with moving or relocating materials • Communication with suppliers and service companies Requirements • Manual skills and versatility • Reliability, independence, and responsible approach • Driver's license category B (active driver) • Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement • Criminal record check We Offer • Full-time employment in Jihlava • Part-time position with flexible working hours – 25h per week • Long-term cooperation • Monthly compensation: 25 000 Kč per month (for 25h per week) • Work suitable and preferred for persons with disabilities (ZTP) • Friendly team and fair treatment • Company vehicle available for personal use If interested, please write to us at: [email protected]
