A SELECTION PROCEDURE
to fill 1 position
Building and Facility Manager
Work engagement: 40 hours/week, i.e., 1.0 FTE
Place of work: Plzeň
Employment relationship: Fixed-term contract with possibility of conversion to indefinite-term contract
Expected start date: By agreement
Salary grade: 9
Ranging from 25,190 - 36,210 Kč + variable salary component, which can constitute 25-40% of annual income (personal allowance, bonuses). Salary is governed by Government Regulation No. 341/2017 and depends on acquired experience.
Job description framework:
Ensures continuous inspection, management and maintenance of assigned property in the designated territory of the City of Plzeň.
Orders repairs, monitors compliance with technical procedures, accepts completed work and verifies the accuracy of invoices for performed work.
Participates in designated building, territorial and occupancy proceedings and other matters related to assigned and maintained property, inspection days, handovers of early use, production committees and preparation of construction projects.
Ensures acceptance of completed buildings with emphasis on provision of required documentation and tests.
Participates in handovers of completed investment projects and enforces requirements in the handover scope.
Ensures inspection of completed projects before the warranty period expires.
Ensures technical management of operational property portfolios, preparation and execution of buildings, repairs and their implementation.
Within the warranty period, lodges complaints and manages claim procedures.
Ensures construction supervision of buildings and investor supervision.
Ensures preparation of implementation documentation for building management.
Handles requests and complaints from citizens regarding assigned property.
Processes administrative agenda related to assigned activities.
Maintains other necessary records (inspections, audits, reviews) required for maintenance and management of assigned property.
Qualification and professional requirements:
Education - minimum secondary education in a technical field, preferably construction (civil engineering); experience in the field is welcome
Driver's license category B
Good knowledge of PC operation
