Place of Work: Karlovy Vary and surrounding area Job Responsibilities: Conducting sports training for children and youth, Comprehensive physical fitness and conditioning preparation, Planning and implementing training activities, Accompanying athletes at selected competitions and training camps, Oversight of athlete safety and development, Communication with parents and club management. Scope of Cooperation: 2–3 training sessions per week in afternoon hours, Occasional weekend training sessions or competitions, Several training camps per year. We Require: A positive attitude toward sports and working with children and youth, Reliability, independence, and strong organizational skills, Active and responsible approach, Clean criminal record, Experience in coaching or coaching certification is a plus, Experience with cross-country skiing is an advantage but not required We Offer: Long-term cooperation with a stable sports club, Flexible form of cooperation, Competitive financial compensation, Meaningful work in a youth sports environment.
