TRACK AND FIELD COACH for a fixed-term position

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting track and field training sessions in interest education groups;
Planning training processes and developing training methodologies;
Developing athletes' technical, tactical, and physical skills;
Preparing teams for competitions, participating in competitions and sports center events;
Cooperating with students, their parents, and sports center management;
Preparing and maintaining program implementation/group activity documentation - developing training group curricula for licensing.
Requirements for Candidates:
Higher sports pedagogy education or pedagogical education, at least Category C sports coach qualification;
Experience in a coaching position;
Knowledge of training methodology for children and adolescents;
Ability to motivate, inspire, and create a safe, positive environment;
High sense of responsibility, good communication and organizational skills;
State language proficiency at advanced level.
