Do you love spreading the joy of dance? We welcome open applications for instructors in all dance styles. Right now, we are especially interested in leaders in: partner dancing in all its forms with particular interest in swing, foxtrot, and Latin American dance styles such as salsa and bachata ballет for children (4-8 years) afrobeats dancehall But if you teach any other dance style, we would of course love to hear from you too. What matters most to us is that you are passionate about what you do and want to create joyful, safe, and developmental dance experiences. As a dance instructor at MDANCE, you will lead dance classes based on our shared lesson structure. You are responsible for the class content and choreography while having great freedom to shape the teaching with your personal style. Classes are primarily held in the evenings and on weekends during our dance periods. We are looking for someone who: has a dance background and preferably experience teaching dance has positive energy and is passionate about creating movement joy and community is confident in leading and engaging a group is responsible, creative, and responsive is at least 18 years old We place great importance on personal suitability.
