We are looking for someone who has: Proof of protected professional title as a Nursing Assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare (required) At least 6 months of documented experience working as a nursing assistant in home care Category B driving license and can cycle (required) Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing (required) Good collaboration skills, personal suitability, and genuine interest in people The ability to recognize the individual's needs and be flexible within the framework of the customer's decisions Meritorious: Dementia training according to Stjärnmärkt, Silviahemmets training model, or other training in person-centered dementia care. Your Responsibilities: As a nursing assistant or care aide with us, you work to support the customer in their daily life. Your responsibilities may include: Personal nursing care and hygiene Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal support Mobility assistance Medication management by delegation Creation and follow-up of care plans Being a safe contact for our customers and their relatives You have a professional approach and care about good quality in both care and interaction.
