This is not a traditional cleaning job. We work with advanced specialist cleaning for some of Sweden's largest companies, chains, and property owners. Our assignments require precision, professionalism and the ability to solve problems in the field.

About the Position
As a Specialist Cleaning Operator, you will work with professional cleaning and maintenance of commercial properties, retail spaces and other business facilities throughout Sweden.
The work involves regular travel and overnight stays. You often work away for 1–2 weeks at a time before returning home.
For overnight stays, you typically stay in your own apartment or house via Airbnb, which provides greater comfort and freedom than traditional hotel stays. You have the opportunity to cook your own meals, exercise and live relatively normally even during work trips.
You work together with experienced colleagues and gradually take on greater responsibility for customers, equipment and projects.
Work Tasks
Specialist cleaning of properties of all kinds.
Facade washing and property cleaning
Ground and surface treatments
Work with professional specialist equipment
Documentation of completed work
Customer contact on site
Travel and project work throughout Sweden

We Are Looking for You Who
Have a valid category B driving license (mandatory requirement)
Are willing to travel and work throughout Sweden
Can be away from home for 1–2 weeks at a time
Have good physical health and enjoy practical work
Are responsible and self-directed
Have high work ethic
Are solution-oriented
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Speak and write Swedish fluently
Previous experience in specialist cleaning, property maintenance, construction, industry, remediation or similar practical professions is meritorious but not required.
We place greater emphasis on the right attitude, responsibility and willingness to develop than previous experience.
Education and Development
