In this role, you'll work proactively and preventatively, and be responsible for follow-up and evaluation of implemented measures in cooperation with relevant parties. Together with the school's staff and the support team, you strive to create an accessible and good learning environment for all our students. You mentor your colleagues and initiate measures in collaboration with other professionals within the support team. Beyond this, you're also an important part of classroom-based support work. You actively work to identify and meet students' needs, ensuring that appropriate support measures are implemented to secure each student's development and learning. You'll work together with two other special education teachers. We'd particularly like to see experience with a mathematics focus. As an employee, you receive a wellness allowance of 3000 kronor per year. Qualifications You're trained as a special education teacher or specialist, preferably with a mathematics focus. You have experience working closely with teaching teams on both preventative and interventional special education measures at organizational, group, and individual levels. You have good knowledge of student learning and support needs, as well as the ability to translate educational assessments and analyses into practice. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy mentoring and supporting educators in their work. Experience with mathematics difficulties, educational assessments, and team mentoring is a plus.
