JOB DUTIES
Tullbackagården is now seeking specialist nursing assistants for our short-term unit and for our dementia-focused department. Our mission is to provide residents with practical assistance and support in everyday situations based on their individual needs. This includes care activities, social interaction, activities, meals, clothing care, medication administration, and more.
Working as a nursing assistant with us means working with care and professionalism in collaboration with other team members and in close contact with our service users. It also means working for good cooperation with other professionals and relatives.
As a nursing assistant, you follow applicable laws and guidelines, such as the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Care Act.
As a specialist in dementia care or rehabilitation, you are expected to take greater responsibility in your professional role and help develop our operations toward future care and support. As a specialist nursing assistant, you are expected to mentor colleagues and develop and ensure quality in elderly care work in a professional and needs-adapted manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you if you are a trained nursing assistant with specialist training in dementia care or rehabilitation.
As a person, you are attentive, understanding, and considerate. You handle stress constructively, maintain a good mood under pressure and setbacks. Furthermore, we see that you are organized, thorough, can follow instructions, and plan your work well. You also work well with others.
You have proficiency in the Swedish language to a level that allows you to communicate with the individuals we serve, relatives, colleagues, and to carry out written documentation.
