Your role
As a nursing assistant, you have an important task of making people's everyday lives easier, better, and more meaningful. You provide good care and social support to residents with younger dementia in daily life. The role includes working as a permanent care contact.
This includes, among other things, handling delegated healthcare tasks, purchasing, cleaning, laundry, and personal care. You also promote the functional ability of residents and contribute to a social and active life. In addition to practical and social work tasks, you are in contact with family members, participate in care planning, create implementation plans, and document as well as review documentation according to the Social Services Act.
Your competence and experience
We're looking for you who are:
A specialist nursing assistant with a protected professional title
Have good knowledge within care and support work
Have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
Computer, mobile, and system proficient as documentation and reporting are part of the work
It is meriting if you have:
Experience working within elderly care
Experience working within care and support

The Elderly Care Department is responsible for assistance handling and various initiatives that enable elderly people to have their care needs met. Here there are care and housing facilities, service houses, family support, day activities, and home care services.
