Starting October 1, 2026, Falck will also provide ambulance care for Region Skåne. Starting October 1, 2026, Falck will take over ambulance operations in Skåne District 2 (Eslöv, Hörby, Höör, Löddeköpinge, Lund, Sjöbo, Skurup, and Ystad). We welcome applications from specialist nurses in, for example, ambulance or emergency care, anesthesia, intensive care, pediatric care, midwifery, or district nursing.
As an ambulance nurse at Falck's ambulance service, you will encounter an exciting and varied environment where you can apply the full range of your professional knowledge and skills. As a nurse, you have medical responsibility in the ambulance and you make medical prioritizations and decide on care and medical interventions based on care needs. All of this happens in close teamwork with a colleague, where your collaboration and knowledge exchange are crucial to ensuring the best possible patient care.
Qualifications:
Specialist nurse in emergency care with a focus on ambulance care or specialist training with a focus on acute and emergency care, anesthesia care, intensive care, pediatric care, midwifery, or district nursing
or Registered nurse
experience in ambulance care
Driver's license category B with good driving experience.
Good physical capacity as heavy patient lifting occurs, and able to swim 200 meters in any swim stroke
Good Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious:
Driver's license category C1
Prehospital Care Leadership (PS)
Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS)

The recruitment process includes several steps, including interview, physical test, and driving test. We also conduct background checks through IVO/SoS and extracts from the police criminal record. Certificate of swimming ability will be requested.
