About the Position We perform advanced heart and lung operations such as coronary artery bypass surgery, valve operations, aortic procedures, lung cancer surgery, and other thoracic procedures. We are highly engaged with our patient population and have a desire to test new methods and types of treatment. With us, you will be part of the operating room team responsible for perioperative patient care. You will work three shifts according to a 24/7 agreement, which also includes working two weekend shifts per month. What We're Looking For - You remain calm in stressful situations and focus on what is essential in a high-tech and sometimes intense operating room environment - You are outgoing and collaborate well within the operating room team, where you create and maintain good professional relationships - You work carefully and with quality awareness, focusing on patient safety and following established goals and procedures in perioperative work - You have a good ability to understand the patient's situation and contribute to a safe and professional approach throughout the entire care process Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
