At Region Kronoberg, we work to ensure that people in our region can live a safe and sustainable life. Every day we meet the residents of Kronoberg in healthcare, public transportation, and in the work of developing the region. Here ideas are valued, there are great opportunities for development, and a work environment that is welcoming, open, and characterized by friendliness.
We are now looking for you who are a specialist physician or chief physician and want to join us in developing the ENT clinic and the healthcare of the future!
The ENT clinic in Region Kronoberg operates in both Växjö and Ljungby and offers a broad range of ear, nose, and throat care. In Växjö, there are outpatient services, operating rooms, emergency and on-call services, as well as inpatient care. Allergy services and various types of diagnostic activities are also conducted here, including sleep, rhinomanometry, and balance testing. In Ljungby, primarily outpatient services, day surgery, and polyclinic dermatological procedures are performed. Both locations also have co-located audiology services.
At the clinic, 17 physicians – chief physicians, specialists, and resident physicians – work together with nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, audiologists, and hearing technicians. Together we form an engaged and competent team with close collaboration between professions. Our operations are characterized by engagement, short decision-making processes, and good opportunities to develop and have influence.
As part of our team, you become an important part of the clinic's continued development. We value engagement, initiative, and experience and would like to see you contribute your ideas and expertise in developing both our operations and the future of ENT care.
Our clinics are modern, spacious, and well-equipped. With us you get the benefits of a smaller clinic – close collaboration with colleagues, short decision-making processes, and good opportunities to influence – while also becoming part of a broad and specialized ENT operation.
