About Us
Aleris Specialistvård Malmö Arena is a modern specialty clinic in Hyllie with short decision-making processes, close collaborations, and a clear patient focus. Several professions work together here in orthopedics, surgery, general medicine, cardiology, sports medicine, and rehabilitation, among other areas.
We believe in specialized care with high quality and warm patient encounters. Through modern working methods and digital support, we make it easier for patients to get the right help at the right time. At the same time, we want to create a workplace where people thrive, develop, and take pride in their work.
We are also in an exciting development phase where we are expanding our private care and insurance care. In 2028, the operations will also move into newly built and purpose-designed facilities.
The Role
As a plastic surgeon with us, you'll be an important part of an interdisciplinary team where the patient's needs are central. You are responsible for consultations, operations, and follow-ups, while also contributing to developing the business and creating a safe and efficient care journey for patients.
You work closely with nurses, nursing assistants, and other team colleagues. The role also offers the opportunity to influence how care develops – both through improvement work and by contributing your specialist expertise to the business's continued development.
The role includes, among other things:
• making independent medical decisions and documenting in medical record and operating systems • conducting consultations, operations, and medical follow-ups • collaborating closely with colleagues in daily patient work • participating in business development and improvement work • contributing to training and competence-building initiatives through Aleris's national specialist council.

About You – Requirements
• specialist physician in plastic surgery • at least 5 years of experience within the specialty • good Swedish and English, spoken and written • experience working in a structured and independent manner.
Meritorious
• experience with insurance care or private specialty care • experience with business development and improvement work.

Employment Terms
Employment Form: Trial employment for 6 months, transitioning to permanent employment. Working Hours: One day per week. Some evening shifts may occur. Location: Aleris Specialistvård Malmö Arena, Hyllie.
