Specialist Physician in Neurology at Aleris Rehab Station, Frösundavik
Would you like to use your specialist expertise while also helping to shape a new neurology outpatient clinic? With us, you'll work closely with both patients and experienced colleagues – with time for quality, development, and collaboration.
About Us
At Aleris Rehab Station in Frösundavik, you'll find an organization with extensive experience in advanced neurological rehabilitation. Here, physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, and paramedical professionals work together around the patient's needs.
Since 2023, our inpatient care has been part of the National Highly Specialized Care, NHV, for spinal cord injuries. We have 57 care beds, comprehensive day rehabilitation, and responsibility for lifelong follow-up of approximately 1,500 patients in the Stockholm area.
In January 2027, we plan to open a specialized neurology outpatient clinic for diagnosis and treatment in general neurology by referral. This means you'll be entering an exciting phase where you can help shape work methods, routines, and collaboration from the beginning.
We're located in Frösundavik near Hagaparken, with easy access to public transport and nature.

As a specialist physician in neurology, you'll see patients at our new outpatient clinic and contribute to safe diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. You'll use your specialist expertise in your daily work while helping to develop the clinic.
The role includes, among other things:
working with outpatient visits in specialized neurology
ensuring diagnosis and treatment according to current guidelines and recommendations
supporting colleagues with questions about neurological conditions
contributing to knowledge sharing and competence development
developing routines and work methods together with the team.
There is an opportunity to rotate between outpatient and inpatient care, as well as to participate in on-call duties.
You'll be part of a physician group with eleven colleagues and high specialist expertise. We also have local research, development, education, and innovation (FOUU), and close collaboration with Karolinska. In the future, there is an opportunity to contribute to the education of specialist physicians in training.
Our Offer
With us, you'll have the opportunity to combine clinical work with development and professional influence. You'll receive: Benefits at Aleris - Aleris Sverige

It's meriting if you have experience in clinic development, education, or supervision.
To thrive with us, you need to be able to work both independently and with others. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and appreciate developing work methods together with colleagues.
