Tomelilla Health Center is a well-functioning and stable unit with approximately 30 employees, where as a team member you get the chance to work in an open, permissive and unpretentious work environment. Our highest priority is to offer our approximately 7,600 registered patients broad, high-quality and professional care through security and high accessibility. We are located in Österlen with good commuting options to Ystad, Simrishamn and Malmö. Our staff includes general specialists, ST and AT physicians, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, psychotherapist and medical secretaries. At Tomelilla Health Center we offer, among other things, physician consultations, district nurse and nurse consultations. In addition, we have clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and hypertension/heart failure clinics. Our nursing assistants also have a clinic. We also have a newly opened family center connected to us just a stone's throw from the health center. We have low staff turnover, which has enabled us to develop a working method where all staff categories work with high competence and good continuity closely around the patient. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your daily work you have both scheduled and acute clinic work. You are responsible for your own patient list and actively participate in the medical assessment of patients. Furthermore, you have close collaboration with other professional categories at the health center. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed physician with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare, and who has specialist competence in general medicine or other relevant specialty for the position. Swedish language skills at minimum level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is a requirement. We consider it a merit if you have knowledge of the PMO journal system and supervisor training or interest in being a supervisor for ST and AT physicians. In your work you are thorough and structured and have an easy time collaborating with colleagues and external partners.
