About Us
Närhälsan Skogslyckan health center and BVC is located in northwestern Uddevalla and has approximately 9,400 registered patients. At the health center, physicians, district nurses, specialist nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries work in close collaboration. In addition, we have access to a counselor, psychologist, rehabilitation coordinator, and foot care specialist, which creates excellent conditions for a broad and patient-centered care offering.

About the Work
Your tasks at the health center and BVC span a broad field of work and encompass general medical expertise with patients of all ages and situations. You will work with clinic visits and digital care consultations in primary care.
You and your colleagues form a team with opportunities to develop the service. We achieve success together in a stimulating learning environment with open doors and a welcoming climate. The role also includes supervising ST and AT physicians as well as medical students—it is an important part of our mission to educate tomorrow's healthcare professionals. We offer you varied work with excellent development opportunities, for example through continuous professional development of ten days per year.
About You
You are a licensed physician with specialist training in general medicine and the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills in speech and writing at a minimum level of C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required for this position.
We are looking for someone who can work independently yet wishes to participate in the service's development work. In your work, you meet many different patients; therefore, it is important that you are responsive and have excellent interpersonal skills. You thrive in teamwork and for you it is self-evident to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.
