Customer Service and Complaints Specialist for Ukrainian E-shop

We're looking for a team member from the Czech Republic to take care of our customers in Ukraine! Do you enjoy communicating with people and love finding solutions? Your territory will be our Ukrainian market - you'll help us process orders, returns, and complaints while ensuring everything runs smoothly. What awaits you with us? Customer care for Ukrainian customers: Communication via phone, email, and social media in your native/perfectly fluent language. Resolving returns and complaints: Complete process from receiving a complaint through communication with suppliers to its resolution. Market connection: You'll be the bridge between Ukrainian customers and the Czech team. Administration and finance: Payment verification and processing accounting documents. System work: Recording and managing customer requests in our ERP and CRM system. Team collaboration: Close cooperation with colleagues across the entire company. What do we expect from you? Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian (spoken and written) - you'll be in daily contact with customers from Ukraine. Knowledge of Czech for smooth communication with colleagues in the office. Basic knowledge of English (Do you speak English? At least the basics will be helpful). At least secondary school education. Great communication and organizational skills. Good knowledge of working on a PC - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Attention to detail, independence, and reliability. What you agree to, you stick with. Flexibility and ability to handle a faster work pace in an e-commerce environment. It's an advantage if you: Have previous experience with complaints or customer support. Know and can work in a Microsoft Teams environment. Are a sports enthusiast and understand sports products. What we offer you: Salary: 33-35 thousand/month Meal allowance: 100 Kč for each day worked.
