Vlastivědné muzeum v Olomouci announces a recruitment process for the position of HR Manager. We are looking for a colleague who will assume comprehensive responsibility for the personnel agenda of the institution and become a partner to management and department heads in employee care – from strategic human resources planning through recruitment and development.
Role Description and Job Responsibilities
Creation and implementation of the museum's personnel strategy in line with its long-term direction,
Comprehensive management of recruitment and selection processes – from job descriptions through advertising and interviews to onboarding and adaptation of new employees, including seasonal worker recruitment,
Personnel planning and work position systematization in collaboration with department heads,
Prepparation and coordination of employee training and development, performance evaluation systems and personal development plans,
Implementation of the onboarding process, employee experience care and internal communication,
Management of employee benefits agenda,
Creation and updating of internal regulations (work rules, organizational regulations, policies) and monitoring their compliance with legislation,
Coordination of occupational health and safety and fire safety agenda in collaboration with the contracted partner,
Support for managers in personnel matters and in resolving challenging situations.
Position Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Higher education (preferably in human resources, law, andragogy or economics),
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including experience with independent management of personnel agenda,
Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code and related regulations,
Practical experience with recruitment and conducting selection processes,
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with personnel information systems.

Experience with seasonal recruitment of larger numbers of workers,
Experience with HR projects (onboarding program, evaluation system, training),

We Offer
Salary classification: 11th salary grade according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. + personal allowance after probation period
Employment on a 0.5 FTE basis
Flexible working hours
5 weeks vacation + 5 days off according to collective agreement
