Job Responsibilities (Scrum Master for GSM&WS IT): o Ensure effective implementation and adherence to agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) within the IT department. Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, review, retrospective, daily stand-up, backlog grooming). o Support transparency and collaboration within the team and externally with stakeholders (Product Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, QA teams). Remove impediments hindering team productivity. o Collect and evaluate agile metrics to track progress and performance of the development cycle, analyze trends for continuous improvement. o Lead and train team members in agile roles, responsibilities, and best practices, actively engage in the agile community. Candidate Requirements: o Minimum bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related technical field. o Preferred minimum 5 years of experience working on large and complex IT system development projects. o Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks; demonstrated experience in a Scrum Master position (or similar role) in a software development environment. Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) is a plus. o English language proficiency preferred
