AKNEL Group a.s. is a significant manufacturer and supplier of industrial process oils and lubricants, aerosol separators, and CNC manufacturing solutions for the engineering industry. Through our long-term presence in this field, our operations have been expanding since 2014 to neighboring EU countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, etc.). Due to further expansion and improvement of our activities, we are seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of "Marketing Specialist". What will be your main responsibilities? • Active work with our product portfolio (500+ products) utilizing AI and data • Opportunity to actively shape the company's marketing strategy including AI utilization • Creating marketing content for WEB, LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels using generative AI • Preparing modern presentation and promotional materials • Collaboration in creating graphic materials for offers • Preparing and collaborating on new projects according to specifications • Preparing documentation for technical documentation, operation manuals, technical sheets • Collaboration across internal teams of technicians and sales representatives • Monitoring competition, communicating with management and participating in strategic projects Expected skills: • Marketing professional who wants to work with AI as a key tool • Independent and responsible colleague with attention to detail • Ability to connect creativity, data and business objectives • Excellent communication skills and desire to collaborate across teams • Professional background with focus on the engineering industry • English language proficiency for work communication • Knowledge of MS Office, (AutoCAD, SolidCAM – advantageous), Photoshop, InDesign – advantageous, etc. We offer: • Possibility to work from home • Starting base salary from 30,000.00 Kč • Independent, responsible work for a stable employer • Opportunity for creative innovation • Participation in trainings and seminars • Discounted mobile tariff for family members
