Additional Information: About the Position The INTEGRI Group s.r.o. team is looking for a colleague who will become a support pillar for our clients using the INTEGRI G5 information system - a solution for large and medium-sized property management companies. You will be the first point of contact for users and will ensure the smooth operation of the system. If you enjoy combining work with people and technology, we are looking for you. Your Responsibilities Providing service and user support (helpdesk) to clients - via phone, email, and remote assistance Resolving inquiries and requests related to the INTEGRI G5 system, particularly in the areas of property records and technical management Supporting users during annual service billing and work with financial reports Technical system administration - installation, updates, configuration, and operational monitoring Diagnosing and resolving operational issues, collaborating with the development team on complex cases Training users and preparing documentation for clients Maintaining records of requests and ensuring client satisfaction What We're Looking For Technical thinking and ability to understand property management information systems Experience in user support or IT system administration is a plus Knowledge of the Windows environment, basic understanding of databases and networks Familiarity with property records management, real estate administration, or accounting is a major advantage Independence, reliability, and patience when dealing with clients Communicative skills and ability to explain technical matters clearly Excellent Czech language skills, both spoken and written What We Offer Stable workplace and full-time position Starting salary 35,000 Kč, after training 55,000 Kč Meals - meal allowance 5 weeks of vacation Training in the system and products Friendly team and meaningful work Possibility of remote work after 12 months with the company Method of Initial Contact: - by phone anytime at 723 037 311
