Contact person: Mosná Nela, email: [email protected] Job Responsibilities: - Maintenance Strategy: You will review and develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures. - Team Coordination: Planning shifts, capacity management, and technical oversight of a small team of technicians. - Technical Supervision: Equipment diagnostics, oversight of repairs, and machine optimization (mechanics, electrical, pneumatics) - Data Management and Documentation: KPI evaluation and reporting of results. - Warehouse and Suppliers: Procurement of spare parts, communication with external companies, and TPM budget management. - Modernization: Active implementation of 5S and Poka-Yoke methods into daily practice. We Require: - Technical Certification: Valid certification according to Government Regulation 194/2022 Sb. (formerly Decree 50), minimum § 7. - Experience: Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment is essential. - Technical Mindset: Ability to read drawings and manuals (electrical, hydraulics, automation). - Languages: English at a level sufficient to communicate with suppliers or understand technical manuals. - Personality: Natural authority for team coordination and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
