Our company is looking for a colleague to manage employee benefits for a major employer in Stříbro. This is a long-term position with opportunities for career growth. You will be responsible for managing 300 core employees. Your tasks will include negotiating DPS or DIP contracts, making changes to agreements, explaining pension issues, early retirement options, etc., presenting the Swiss annuity concept, providing comprehensive consulting services, and more. We require previous experience in the finance sector with a minimum of 1 year. Additionally, we require a minimum secondary education with a high school diploma. A license from the CNB and a driver's license are advantageous. Do you enjoy working with people? Do you own a laptop and phone? Are you reliable and responsible?
