Customer Communication and E-commerce Development Specialist

We are looking for a systematic and technically-minded colleague for the position of Customer Communication and E-commerce Development Specialist, who will be actively involved in the internal development and operation management of an online store. Your role will be to contribute to improving the overall functioning of the e-shop — working with product information, editing and expanding content, identifying process bottlenecks, collaborating on logistics and shipping optimization, and finding ways to streamline daily operations so the e-shop thrives long-term. Your work will also include professional management of incoming customer communication via email, chat, and phone (this is not active sales), handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and non-standard situations that require independent decision-making and the ability to see the bigger picture. You will work with internal e-shop systems, coordinate with the warehouse and other departments, and participate in setting up and developing AI tools aimed at gradually automating routine communication and optimizing workflows. We are looking for someone who thinks in terms of processes, values organized systems, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and wants to have a real impact on how the e-shop operates and grows; e-commerce experience is an advantage, not a requirement — what matters more is analytical thinking, responsibility, and a desire to contribute to building a modern and efficient online operation.
