Information Technology Sales Specialist Job Responsibilities: • Managing existing customer relationships • Actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities • Identifying customer requirements and analyzing situations • Providing consultations, proposals, and presenting appropriate solutions • Preparing quotes • Presenting products and proposed solutions to clients • Representing the company and its products at exhibitions and trade shows both domestically and internationally • Maintaining an overview of sales cases in CRM Requirements: • University degree or secondary education in business or technical field • Min. 3 years of sales experience (mandatory experience with acquisition activities in the IT sector) • Sales and presentation skills • Persuasiveness and pleasant demeanor • Driver's license category B – active driver, willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad • Interest in IT technology – software • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to provide expert argumentation • Willingness to learn, active approach to self-development • Independence, reliability • Flexibility We Value: • Active German language skills, spoken and written (min. level B2) • Active English language skills We Offer: • Support of a stable Czech company • Pleasant working environment in a friendly team in the center of České Budějovice • Attractive and long-term perspective work on full-time contract, indefinite duration • Technical support from company software architects and technicians • Training and opportunity for professional growth • Corporate training system including language courses • Work using modern technologies • Motivating compensation system (fixed salary + performance component + sales commission), progressive commission structure • Salary ranging from probationary period, through onboarding, to individual amount based on performance and volume of closed deals in the range of 35 tis. - 50 tis Kč and more Employee Benefits: - Flexible working hours, non-work activities and company events, bonus compensation system, sick days In case of interest, contact the employer by email.
