Primary Responsibilities:
Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of machinery through comprehensive management of their utilization, maintenance, and modernization.
1. Plan, develop, and implement autonomous and preventive maintenance activities to ensure continuous operational reliability of machinery, minimize downtime, and support optimal production performance. Communicate with suppliers and obtain bids or quotations for procurement processes.
2. Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve machinery failures, including complex technical problems.
3. Analyze operational data related to machinery performance to identify deviations and optimize maintenance and operational processes.
4. Share technical expertise and provide practical training, supporting skill development in troubleshooting.
5. Provide advisory services on machinery parameter settings and optimization to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality.
6. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of machinery failures, document findings, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence and support continuous improvement.
7. Actively participate in machinery maintenance and major repairs, including troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing measures to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
8. Conduct testing and trials of machinery settings, new tools, and components to optimize operational parameters, ensure compliance with technological requirements, and support implementation of new production solutions.
9. Provide expert consultation on the selection of replacement parts and tools, participate in their implementation, and ensure their availability and compliance with technological and operational requirements.
10. Participate in machinery expansion and modernization projects.
11. Adhere to good manufacturing practices, maintain the workplace according to 5S standards and continuous improvement principles.
12. Perform additional tasks as directed by your supervisor within the scope of the position and employment agreement.
13. Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
14. Comply with all environmental protection requirements and observe all health and safety regulations and rules established in ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 - BRC procedures and standards and health and safety protection directives. Implement, ensure, and monitor all health and safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
