We are a Czech, dynamically growing joint-stock company that collaborates with leading firms in the automotive industry, rubber industry, and similar sectors. Currently, we are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our team. Quality Specialist What will you find here? • A small team where everyone knows each other and helps one another • Work that combines technical skills, analytical thinking, and a bit of detective work ("where exactly did that defect originate?!") • Space for your ideas and system solutions What will your job responsibilities be? • Evaluating product quality • Identifying root causes of problems from complaints and audits (8D reports, analyses, etc.) - corrective actions • Maintaining documentation and records according to internal regulations • Preparing procedures and plans – in collaboration with colleagues, you will refine inspection plans, FMEA, inspection procedures, and process monitoring • Cooperating in measurement equipment management • Communication with customers and suppliers • Implementing standards - implementing customer requirements and internal regulations into daily practice What should you bring? • Secondary or higher education in a technical field • Experience in a similar position • Practical experience with quality tools (PPAP, APQP, 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PARETO) • Knowledge of quality management system IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 is an advantage • English language skills at an intermediate level • Basic computer literacy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, decision-making skills • Attention to detail, reliability, and responsibility • Willingness to learn new things • Driver's license category B (active driver) What do we offer? • Stable employment in an established and successful company • After one year of work, an indefinite-term employment contract • Meals in the form of E credits fully covered by the employer • 5 weeks of vacation + 3 sick days • Maintenance and development of qualifications • Opportunities for professional and personal growth More information for you! • Start date possible immediately or by agreement • Place of work: Trutnov • This position is also suitable for persons with disabilities/chronic illness who can commute to the office ________________________________________ Are you interested in this job offer?
