Contact: David Žďárský, tel.: 723 037 311, e-mail: [email protected] About the position: We are looking for a colleague to join the team at INTEGRI Group s.r.o. who will become a support pillar for our clients using SSB2000 software for property management and service billing. You will be the first point of contact for users and ensure the smooth operation of the system. If you enjoy combining work with people and technology, we are looking for you. Your responsibilities: Providing user support (helpdesk) to clients - by phone, email, and remotely Handling inquiries and requests related to SSB2000 system, particularly in the areas of apartment and property records, regulations, payments, and service billing Technical system administration - installation, updates, configuration, and operational oversight Diagnosing and resolving operational issues, collaborating with the development team on complex cases Training users and preparing documentation for clients Maintaining a record of requests and ensuring client satisfaction Who we are looking for: Technical thinking and the ability to understand property management software Experience in user support or IT system administration is a plus Knowledge of Windows environment, basic understanding of databases and networks Familiarity with accounting, service billing, or property management is a major advantage Independence, reliability, and patience when dealing with clients Communicative skills and the ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way Excellent Czech language skills, both spoken and written What we offer: Stable position and full-time employment Starting salary of 30,000 Kč with potential for growth based on performance and experience Meal vouchers 5 weeks of vacation Possibility of home office after 12 months with the company Training in the system and products Friendly team and meaningful work Benefits: Meal voucher allowance, 5 weeks of vacation, possibility of home office after 12 months with the company.
