We are looking for a colleague to join our production management department, who will participate in planning, coordination, and optimization of manufacturing processes. In this position, you will leverage your experience with planning, capacity management, and production coordination, and you will have the opportunity to bring your own improvement suggestions. You can expect an independent and responsible role with close cross-departmental collaboration, the ability to participate in strategic decisions, and the opportunity to enhance production efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
• Planning and management of production orders,
• Monitoring fulfillment of production plans and capacities,
• Collaboration with production, logistics, procurement, and quality teams,
• Customer communication,
• Working with production data and reporting,
• Addressing operational production issues,
• Contributing to process improvements.
Requirements:
• Secondary or tertiary education in technical or economic field,
• English or German language skills at a communicative level,
• Experience in a manufacturing company (advantageous),
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills,
• PC proficiency,
• Independence, responsibility, and communication skills.
