Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze Czech, European, and foreign legislation related to the company's activities, particularly regarding the import and export of goods within and outside the EU
• Assess the impact of new legislation on company operations and propose practical solutions for its implementation
• Create and update internal guidelines, procedures, and related documentation
• Issue and manage declarations of conformity and other documents required by applicable legislation
• Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) agenda, particularly in the area of packaging, including reporting and cooperation with EKO-KOM system
• Address requirements arising from European legislation, particularly in the areas of packaging and packaging waste (PPWR), EU regulation against deforestation (EUDR), and materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and (EU) No. 10/2011
• Monitor other legislative changes relevant to the company's product range and commercial activities
• Cooperate with laboratories and certification bodies to ensure tests, certifications, and other evidence needed to demonstrate product compliance
• Collaborate with company management, the quality department, and other departments in setting up processes in accordance with current legislation
We require:
• Secondary/Higher education
• Knowledge of English for work with technical and legislative documentation
• Interest in continuous education and development of knowledge in legislation related to the work position
• Very good organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail, independence, and responsible approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP system Helios iNuvio is an advantage

• Average target monthly salary depending on qualifications and experience in the range of 48,000,- to 62,000,- Kč
