Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing company, ideally in automotive,
- Experience with creation and management of inspection plans and production documentation,
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements,
- Familiarity with VDA 6.3 requirements,
- Practical knowledge of quality methods and tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA,
- Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings,
- User-level proficiency with MS Office,
- Independence, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
Job Responsibilities:
- Creation, updating, and management of inspection plans,
- Preparation, review, and administration of inspection and production documentation,
- Development of work instructions, forms, and quality records,
- Implementation of documentation changes in collaboration with production, engineering, and customers,
- Support in addressing internal and external complaints,
- Participation in internal, customer, and certification audits,
- Collaboration on continuous improvement of the quality management system,
- Support in introducing new projects and change management
