We are a well-functioning primary care center where we work in teams of nurses and doctors together and have various specialist clinics. All registered patients have a designated primary care physician and nurse. With us, we offer favorable conditions. We are located in fresh and pleasant facilities centrally in Tranås. The practice has approximately 3,500 registered patients. Work as a general practitioner at our clinic involves assessment and treatment of patients. We work systematically and structurally with the goal of always offering our patients the best care. Visits can be both scheduled and acute. In the role, you may also be involved in supervising medical students and AT-/ST-physicians, as an important part of our mission is to educate tomorrow's healthcare personnel. With us, you will work in close collaboration with all professions at the clinic, and you will be an important part of our ongoing improvement efforts and development of the practice. We are looking for someone who is trained as a specialist in general medicine. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to view the practice from a holistic perspective with both the patient and the clinic in focus. You are stable, flexible, and adaptable to different situations and have a knack for collaboration. You need to have good communication skills in order to build good relationships with both patients and colleagues. As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs, and your conduct is professional and humble. It is a merit if you have experience and/or interest in supervising AT- and ST-physicians.
